In this series, the coastal landscape sheds its purely documentary reality to become matter and memory. Through the application of digital textures, the image acquires a dense grain and a timeless atmosphere, evoking the rough surface of paper or the corrosive action of salt and wind. Solitary figures and beach umbrellas become minimalist presences in a suspended space, transforming the beach into an inner landscape where nostalgia, silence, and the light of one’s native shores converge in layers.
